Jason Williamson is vice president and global head of Oracle for Startups, Oracle’s startup program for entrepreneurs and innovators worldwide. Prior to Oracle, Jason was at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he created and led several key initiatives within the investment and startup community. He has a background in both Fortune 500 firms and the startup world. Jason also served as an assistant professor for five years at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and has authored three books. He served his country as a United States Marine and lives in Raleigh with his wife and four children, where he coaches high school girls’ basketball, drinks sweet tea and eats bbq as much as possible.

For a decade, Michael worked in the IT industry, riding the startup roller coaster on a daily basis, building enterprise software and media startups, ranging from semantic technologies for collaboration to social media monitoring. Michael worked on the next generation of online banking and built the first commercial bloghoster in Europe. His background in Computer Science and Economics and Business Administration enables him to work effectively with startup teams and founders to get their product ready for prime time, address customers early in the life cycle and build outstanding teams. Katinka Hosszú is one of the most versatile swimmers in the world. She graduted from University of Southern California in 2012, where she studied psychology. Katinka is a three-time Olympic champion and a nine-time long-course world champion, the first to hold world records in all five individual medley events at the same time. Her nickname is the "Iron Lady", which she has turned into a fast growing international brand. She is owner of a Budapest based swim school and swim club called Iron Swim Budapest, and co-owner and captain of Team Iron. She creeds "I don't stop when I'm tired, I do when I'm done".
Bence Katona is the CEO of Hiventures. Hiventures’ mission is to support the cutting-edge ideas of freshly established startups and innovative businesses to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture in Hungary. Katona finished his PhD studies at The Small Business Development Centre of the Corvinus University of Budapest. He was one of the first teachers of the International Entrepreneurship course focusing on the development of early-stage startups. In 2015 he founded a university based incubation programme called Startup Campus. He was the leader of the programme aiming to support Hungarian innovators of the Imperial College of London. He was among the first organizer of the global startup competition called Get in the Ring! As a mentor and founder he actively takes part in the development of numerous succesfull Hungarian startups.
